I love Hot Bubble Baths and a good book! erinnsluka@gmail.com
I pamper myself frugally by buying in bulk and looking for free shipping deals! I rarely ever pay full price for anything.

Use coupons and sales to purchase better brand products. I shop at the tanger outlet mall for bath and body works and save a bunch.
the scent!
I pamper myself frugally by pampering myself at home rather than going to spas.

I pamper myself by making my kids give me massages (even though those massages feels more like a tickle).

one way I pamper myself is at the end of the day I soak my feet in a dish pan filled with warm water and a third cup of epsom salt for 10-15 minutes.
I like to watch a movie,by myself, that I chose every once in a while. Not something the kids or my hubby picked.
